Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative

As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS, you’ll be involved in larger projects such as bathroom and kitchen fittings, as well as smaller reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties. You will work from ‘job’ to ‘job’ along your planned route, handling a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.

You will need extensive previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role. Meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key aspects of this position.

This role covers areas such as Hampshire and London - South, West, and a bit of the North.

Role Criteria:

• Extensive on-the-job experience in multiple trades such as Carpentry & Joinery, Plastering, Plumbing, and Glazing
• Hold a Full UK Driving License
• Own your tools
• Be a great team player and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• IT literacy for PDA use
• Willing to travel
• Ideally hold a trade qualification, especially if you have limited firsthand experience
