Mears Group is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Operative to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team in Leeds. You will perform day-to-day repairs across multiple trades in occupied social housing, focusing on first-time fixes and high standards of workmanship.
Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, carrying out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating tasks, while keeping residents informed and maintaining safety and quality throughout the job.
Annual salary: up to £39,646.94 Multi Skilled Operative Location: Leeds Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £39,646.94 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
