Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £31,229.00 to £39,402.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Curb PSL is looking for an individual with an experienced background in a technical discipline such as plumbing, joinery, painting, and decorating, to deliver a multi-skill maintenance service in both void and tenanted properties.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working within the housing, building, or property management sector, carrying out maintenance tasks.
The role involves assisting the maintenance team by providing a general multi-skilled service, undertaking repairs including joinery, plastering, plumbing, painting & decorating, along with other tasks as required by the Team Supervisor.
As an experienced Multi Skilled Operative, you will need to manage your diary, prioritize demands, and ensure a high standard of work.
You must have proven experience in the housing, building, or property management sector, with the ability to work to high standards within set timescales.
This role requires travel to various locations; therefore, a full UK Driving Licence and access to personal or equivalent transport are necessary.
