Celtic Horizons, the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh in partnership with Mears Group, cares for over 6,500 properties across 11 local authority areas in South Wales.
About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative in our Caerphilly branch, you will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom fittings within occupied social housing. You will join a local team performing high-standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities, delivering excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards. Key duties include tiling, floor laying, basic plumbing, and joinery.
Role Criteria:
Note: All roles require candidates to have the right to work in the UK; Mears does not currently sponsor visas. Candidates must pass DBS/security checks before starting. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
