Antac are a national organisation providing a wide range of customer focused and high quality services to various commercial clients across the UK. In recent years the fastest growing area of our business has been our support on the MoD Housing contract, and that is continuing in 2025! We have recently been awarded a brand new area, covering Aldershot and surrounding sites. This will be a brand new project where we are looking to introduce our proven model and process in order to make a difference and improve the properties for service families. The contract will cover both void and reactive maintenance so we are looking to grow our team of operatives to allow us to provide high quality work within the contractual terms at all time.

We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to become part of our dedicated team of tradespeople in the South East. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Aldershot, Andover and Winchester area. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that each day brings something new.

We are looking for people who have experience within windows, roofing, plastering, plumbing and more!

Due to the role being mobile, a company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Assisting with quality checks and compliance
• Carry out kitchen & bathroom upgrades
• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
• External repairs such as fencing and groundworks

What are we looking for?

• You must be able to provide your own range hand tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Initiative to work independently when required
• Ability to pass BPSS clearance
