Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced New Build Housing Maintenance Operative to cover Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will attend occupied and newly completed homes to carry out remedial and warranty works while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You should be skilled across carpentry, plumbing, decorating and plastering, with a full UK driving licence and a proven ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade operative with experience in new build housing or property maintenance.
• Carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating, plastering, tiling repairs, mastic work.
• Strong customer-service focus and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and remedial works in occupied and new build homes.
• Diagnose defects and rectify to NHBC standards.
• Perform finishing works: carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, tiling, mastic.
