Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Milton Keynes to ensure effective planned and reactive maintenance of M&E plant and fabric services. The role involves working with the CAFM system, adhering to CBRE QHSE guidelines and coordinating with the Contract Manager to deliver high-quality service.

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, City & Guilds Level 3 in mechanicals, and be able to manage log books and understand Fire Alarm,

Qualifications

• At least two years at a similar level or equivalent.
• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline.
• Ability to manage and log maintenance records (Log Book system).
• Knowledge of current standards for Fire Alarm, Generators, Mechanical & Electrical Services, HVAC and Water Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair M&E plant and fabric services.
• Use CAFM system to monitor service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE ISO standards and QHSE responsibilities.
• Support reactive repairs to M&E systems.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Supervise specialists and coordinate with Contract Manager.
