Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer for a site-based role in Peterborough. The role focuses on mechanical building services with electrical fault finding, supporting pumps, boilers and water systems, and ensuring safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled engineer with hands-on maintenance in industrial/ FM environments.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background with knowledge of electrical fault finding.
• Experience with pumps, boilers, water heaters and associated systems.
• Familiarity with CAFM/BMS systems and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Maintain, inspect and repair mechanical plant and building services.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement repairs to minimise downtime.
• Carry out fault finding, troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
