Job summary

Teagle Machinery Ltd. in Cornwall is seeking General Operatives to support Production, including Assembly, Plasma & Machining. You will work in a UK-based engineering and manufacturing environment, with regular travel throughout the UK.

You will operate CNC Plasma machines and other machine tools, follow drawings, ensure safety and quality, and hit daily production schedules. Join a growing business with on-site parking, PPE, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a manufacturing production environment.
• Experience operating CNC Plasma machines to produce components.
• Experience operating machine tools to produce components.
• Able to read drawings and assemble parts accordingly.
• Comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Plasma machines to produce components for production.
• Operate machine tools to produce components.
• Follow drawings and guidelines to assemble parts and components.
• Perform fettling and grinding as part of operational work.
• Support safety, quality and productivity, meeting daily schedules.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
