Job summary

Sigma Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician in South Wales for a manufacturing site. The role covers reactive repairs, a planned maintenance programme and upgrades to equipment, with a three-shift structure and no Saturday work.

The package includes a base salary around £45,500, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension match and a healthcare cash plan. Working hours run 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and nights 10pm–6am Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Capable in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Time-served apprenticeship demonstrates hands-on competency.
• Experience with manufacturing maintenance practices is essential.
