Job summary

Sigma Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician in South Wales for a manufacturing site. The role covers reactive repairs, a planned maintenance programme and upgrades to equipment, with a three-shift structure and no Saturday work.

The package includes a base salary around £45,500, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension match and a healthcare cash plan. Working hours run 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and nights 10pm–6am Sunday to Thursday.

Your Remuneration Package:

• 45,500 (shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime included) base salary 43,893
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 4% matched pension and a healthcare cash plan
• Days 6am to 2pm and afternoons 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday), nights 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
