Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
South Wales (Commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Pontypridd, Barry, Bridgend, Pontypool)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Days + Bonus Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Pension
Excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, market-leading manufacturer working on bespoke and innovative equipment in a days-based Monday to Friday role. On offer is the chance to join a growing company that can offer ongoing training and development opportunities including into controls and automation.
Based in South Wales, this company is among the fastest-growing manufacturers in the UK and has been consistent in their success since the start. Having won multiple awards and achieved international recognition for their unique and innovative products, they have recently seen an exciting period of growth. They are introducing a brand new, state-of-the-art production line and are looking to bring in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to help them get it up and running and keep it that way.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planned and preventative maintenance of a new production line which has just been launched manufacturing world-leading products. You will be the first point of contact for any engineering queries or breakdowns whilst in production and through fault finding and diagnostics work to implement permanent solutions to prevent future issues. There will also be an opportunity to assist with new machinery commissioning and prototyping/NPI projects. The role will be working on a Monday to Friday, days rota.
