A specialist manufacturing business supplying the FMCG market is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The company has recently secured investment to support growth and innovation.

• Operate and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor product quality, and document results.
• Maximize machinery effectiveness by minimizing downtime and supporting the PPM system.
• Maintain assets to ensure efficient production and technical capabilities.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Work with high-speed machinery, conveyors, motors, FMCG equipment, drives, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Multi-skilled maintenance background with electrical or mechanical bias
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
