Ambitions Personnel is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to join a well-established, growing business in the UK. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm with one Saturday per month and involves mobile work across multiple sites.

You will perform a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and flooring to a high standard, ensuring safe and timely completion. A driving licence and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Confident in plumbing, electrical, flooring, and general maintenance duties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair work across various sites.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring tasks.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
