Job summary

Berry Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team at Milton Keynes (MK19 7BH). The role covers maintenance across several buildings with a strong plumbing focus, including leak investigations and heating issues.

You will perform general mechanical repairs and basic electrical tasks as required. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, on a short-term approx.

• Respond to reactive maintenance requests across the site.
• Assist with porterage duties and movement of equipment as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

Contract: Short term assignment (Approx. 6 Weeks) with Potential Extension or Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Working across several buildings on site, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and engineering tasks, ensuring facilities remain safe, operational and compliant. A strong plumbing background is essential, particularly in supporting leak investigations and heating-related issues, alongside a broad maintenance skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a secure environment
