Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a driven trades operative to perform responsive and planned repairs across social housing properties. You will handle minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen, and bathroom tasks, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.

You'll use a handheld device to receive assignments, work safely, and contribute to excellent customer experience. A current full UK driving licence and CSCS card support project requirements, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 trade qualification required.
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
• Customer-focused with experience in occupied and void properties.
• Basic plumbing skills essential (taps, toilets, baths).
• Blue CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing settings (minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom works).
• Use handheld device to receive/complete tasks; maintain safety and quality.
• Work on on-call rota and provide out-of-hours support.
