Pioneer Selection is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hereford. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems across a range of production equipment and contribute to reducing downtime through proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capabilities.
• Recognised engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform planned preventative maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and work effectively within a fast-paced team.
