Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Ilkeston to join a busy manufacturing site. You will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support PM and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and a salary of around £52,000, with opportunities to develop both electrical and mechanical skills within a stable, growing business.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Experience working within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production lines.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across site equipment.
