Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, respond to breakdowns, and drive improvements ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns across site machinery.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
