Job summary
KPI-Recruiting-Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a paper manufacturing site in Cumbria. The role focuses on reliability centred maintenance, improvement, and problem solving on legacy and upgraded machinery.
You will work across motors, drives, panels and PLC systems in a heavy industrial setting. The successful candidate will handle both planned and reactive maintenance, participate in project work, and maintain high safety standards, with overtime and a strong earning
Qualifications
- Time-served Electrician / Electrical Engineer required.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and reading electrical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance across production and site services.
- Fault finding and repair on ageing and upgraded equipment.
- Work on motors, drives, control panels, PLC systems.
- Participate in PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Support reliability improvements and root cause analysis.
