Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Reading to join a manufacturing operation. You will manage electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement across site machinery.

The role requires hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory, and an engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Working in the UK manufacturing environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on site.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and optimise maintenance processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across plant equipment.
