Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy fresh produce packing and production facility in Kent. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance to keep machinery and site facilities safe and efficient.

You will work with the production team to respond to breakdowns, reduce downtime and improve reliability of equipment across the site. Training on site equipment and procedures will be provided, with a salary of £32,000–£42,000 DOE and

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
• Legal right to work in the UK or valid visa.
• Experience in maintenance within fresh produce or food manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns and repair effectively.
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Maintain production, packing and processing equipment and records.
• Coordinate with production to minimise downtime and disruptions.
• Supervise external contractors when required.
