MorePeople is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer for a fresh produce/food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. The role covers maintenance across plant, machinery and buildings, driving improvements and supporting production to keep operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate contractors, manage the preventative maintenance programme and take part in on-call rotas to ensure uptime. This is a permanent, full-time position with growth opportunities within a growing business.

Formación

• Proven multi-skilled engineering experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.
• Comfortable following planned maintenance schedules and detailed documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance on plant, machinery, equipment and buildings to support operational needs.
• Deliver a timely maintenance service to production, minimising downtime from breakdowns.
• Maintain and audit a planned preventative maintenance programme, balancing cost and production impact.
• Coordinate and manage third-party contractors on site, including risk assessments and permits to work.
• Prioritise workload to minimise disruption to production.
• Complete daily work records, parts usage logs and risk assessments accurately.
