Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing a leading fresh prepared food manufacturer in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Selsey. The role involves day-to-day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets and services in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will perform planned maintenance, diagnose faults, implement long-term improvements and help ensure safety, GMP and product quality standards while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge and practical fault-finding experience.
• Previous experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role.
• Recognised electrical qualification.
• Apprenticeship served or equivalent engineering qualifications.
• Ability to complete PPM tasks and support improved maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant, assets and services in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Implement long-term improvements and ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Champion health and safety, GMP and product quality standards, and communicate with production and engineering teams.
