Job summary

Danish Crown Rochdale is recruiting a full‑time, multi‑skilled engineer to maintain, service and optimise critical factory machinery. You will work on rotating early and late shifts to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing or FMCG with preventative/predictive/corrective maintenance.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical or Multi-Skilled (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent).
• Experience with CMMS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair factory equipment to achieve KPIs and optimise OEE.
• Diagnose faults quickly and perform corrective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance using root cause analysis (RCA).
• Log maintenance activities via CMMS and manage spare parts; collaborate with cross‑departmental teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and continuous improvement.
