Job summary

MILO Recruit is assisting an established engineering and manufacturing business in Stockport to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will maintain, diagnose and repair a wide range of CNC machinery and other production equipment to keep line performance high and downtime to a minimum.

The role combines planned preventative maintenance with reactive breakdowns, fault finding on PLC controlled systems, inverters and drives, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost machine

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical fault finding and PLC knowledge.
• Experience with CNC machinery maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across CNC and other production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, repair drives, motors and control systems.
• Investigate faults to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
