Job summary
Synergi Search & Select Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer for a leading FMCG beverage manufacturing site in Northampton. In this role you will perform planned and reactive maintenance on highly automated production lines, fault-find electrical and mechanical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement to maximise plant reliability.
You will bring strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in fast-paced manufacturing, with proof of NVQ 3 / City & Guilds or HNC,
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or HNC in Engineering.
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis projects.
- Working safely in line with HSE and LOTO procedures.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records through CMMS.
