Qualifications

• Qualifications formelles en ingénierie (City & Guilds, NVQ 3).
• Expérience en maintenance électrique/mécanique dans l'industrie alimentaire.
• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de maintenance informatisés.

Responsibilities

• Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres ingénieurs de maintenance pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'usine.
• Participer aux formations et aider à la formation des apprentis.
• Impliquer dans des projets d'amélioration technique.

Location: Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH46 1PR

Hours of work: 3 rotation pattern:

4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 4 off

4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 4 off

4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 10 off

During summer months 18 days off – shift pattern has no additional holidays.

In addition to the above hours, 6 additional rostered days (Saturday or Sunday) are built into the calendar year to support weekend maintenance.

As our new multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you’ll:

• Work alongside fellow Maintenance Engineers, using your skills and experience to improve plant capability and efficiency.
• Be involved in projects as required.
• Attend appropriate training courses to stay updated with technological advances.
• Assist with training apprentices and other relevant personnel.

Do you offer?

• A formal engineering qualification at least City & Guilds level, NVQ level 3 in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with generic engineering equipment such as Rockwell and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Experience with computerised maintenance management systems, such as SAP.
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques focused on maximising engineering reliability.
