Job summary

Orion Electrotech are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a nights shift team at their site in Evesham, Worcestershire. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of production equipment to minimise downtime and keep site operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and may work with industrial refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on industrial plant and equipment.
• Industrial refrigeration experience would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently within a night shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support maintenance activities on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and shift reports.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to maximise uptime and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Evesham who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their night shift engineering team.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of site operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
