Pioneer Selection Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site in Kings Norton. You will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and breakdown work on a range of production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime.

This days-based, Monday to Friday role offers a £40,000 salary and an excellent work-life balance, with opportunities to further develop engineering skills within a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with production machinery and industrial equipment.
• A recognised engineering qualification or relevant equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
