As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell in Somerset, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This includes undertaking electrical and mechanical building service Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), plumbing, and HVAC works, while ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed according to Honeywell guidelines. This is a field-based role working at client sites across Somerset, including Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge, and other areas across Wiltshire and Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and undertake reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimal service delivery, adhering to task schedules and reactive maintenance requirements.
• Install new M&E equipment as needed, including minor works, refurbishment, and capital replacement programs; respond to site callouts and emergencies.
• Identify faults and provide quotations for remedial works.
• Install and repair plant equipment as directed, responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and build effective relationships with key client contacts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills; City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in electrical services/maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety, including lone working requirements.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Full UK driving license.
