Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Reading to join a manufacturing operation. You will manage electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement across site machinery.

The role requires hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory, and an engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Working in the UK manufacturing environment is essential.

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on site.

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
