Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Manchester are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain a range of FMCG machinery. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to keep production running smoothly.

The role operates Monday to Friday 6am–3pm with Sunday morning shifts that are offset by a day off in lieu, offering progression opportunities, training, and a supportive team environment for career development.

Are you a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a tightknit team, working a standard days role with Sunday work that repays with a whole day off, for a company that can offer great opportunities to progress your career into a Senior Engineer?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established company that produces a wide array of food products, they have recently been acquired by a large multinational that are invested in improving the company.

The role will revolve around the maintenance of manufacturing machinery in the factory, carrying out planed preventative and breakdown maintenance to ensure the continued operation of machinery. The company will train you on their FMCG and other specialist machinery.

This role would suit a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking to work for an establish company who have recently been acquired and looking to expand their team and can provide a days based role with training and career progression.

The Role

• Maintenance on a variety of FMCG machines
• Carry out PPMs to schedule
• Work within a tightknit team
• Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
• Sunday Mornings but given a whole day in lieu
