Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Knottingley. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and performing planned preventive maintenance on site machinery.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives, work with PLCs as needed, and benefit from a pension, life insurance, and gym access as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical).
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - Knottingley

Salary: £50,000

Shift: Days and Nights 12 hour

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering Qualification

Essential requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
