We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team of a well-established, high-volume manufacturing business in North Northamptonshire.
This is a permanent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working hands-on, solving problems and keeping automated production equipment running at its best.

The role also offers the opportunity to get involved in practical engineering projects, fabrication, welding and workshop-based work, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety and wants to develop their wider skill set.
You'll work a 4 on / 4 off shift rotation:
3 weeks of days: 06:00-18:00 1 week of nights: 18:00-06:00
This means you'll have a consistent 4-on/4-off pattern, with nights forming only one week in every four.
We're looking for a genuinely multi-skilled maintenance engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience within a manufacturing, industrial or automated production environment.
You'll ideally have:

We're particularly interested in engineers with a strong electrical bias, alongside balanced mechanical/electrical maintenance engineers.
If you're an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a £53,000 permanent opportunity with a strong shift pattern, varied engineering work and genuine development opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
