Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading industrial manufacturing site in Cheshire. Based on a modern, high-speed operation, you will maintain production by performing planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown work.

You will ensure equipment remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation, logging all maintenance activity and supporting site improvements while working a double-day shift pattern (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Recognised Engineering Qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Comfortable working multi-skilled (electrical & mechanical) (approx. 70/30).
• Experience completing PPMs and responding to breakdowns across a busy production site.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding: hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, chains.
• Solid electrical skillset: 3 phase / single phase, sensors, relays, contactors, variable speed drives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive breakdowns.
• Ensure equipment compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Accurately record all maintenance activity.
• Keep production running safely and efficiently.

Salary: Basic up to£50,000 - £55,000+Overtime+Full Benefits Package

Shift: Double Days (Mon-Fri)- 1 week earlies / 1 week lates (no weekends)
