Synergi is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturer whose products are consumed worldwide. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to plant stoppages.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Possess a good understanding of processes, products, and quality procedures.
• Oversee planned maintenance activities.
• Diagnose faults and identify problems on machinery, implementing solutions.

The Ideal Background:

• Recognized engineering qualification and apprenticeship.
• Food safety awareness (desirable).
• Experience with industrial 3-phase motor and control systems and modern PLC systems.
• Experience with pneumatic control systems and industrial bearing systems.
