Job summary

Demob Job Ltd is seeking 3x Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers for an immediate role at a site in Erith, Kent. You will join a small engineering team to perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks across the plant on a 4 on 4 off shift.

The position requires an apprenticeship with electrical and mechanical skills and a Level 3 qualification; 18th Edition is beneficial. Benefits include pension, private healthcare, 22 days holiday, death in service, and free parking with EV

Job description

My client has an immediate requirement for 3x Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team at their site in Erith, Kent. The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers will work as part of a small engineering team responsible for the planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across the plant working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established business, working 4 on 4 off shift patterns, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights then 4 off.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program with electrical and mechanical skills and hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification.
• 18th Edition would be beneficial.
• Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
• Have strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Strong mechanical skills, previous experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Previous experience working with PLC’s.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
