Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Erith is seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain automated production lines and support equipment across the site. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification is required; PLC knowledge is desirable.

- Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability; PLC exposure desired.

- Respond to breakdowns and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on site machinery.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
- Experience working with PLCs, ideally with fault-finding capability using inputs and outputs
- Working for a recognised market-leading business
- Monday-Friday days role (excellent work-life balance)
