Job summary

CV Technical is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG site in Hounslow. You will maintain production and packaging machinery across a plant with pans, pots, ovens, boilers and flow wrappers.

You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs to keep equipment safe and reliable. The role offers hands‑on training and clear progression within an established engineering team. Hours are 40 per week, with a 3‑shift pattern and 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of production and packaging equipment in a Food/FMCG environment.
• Involvement in planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Hands‑on approach with a focus on safety, reliability and uptime.

Maintenance Engineer - FMCG

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our FMCG client based in Hounslow.

This is a hands‑on engineering role within a busy food manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a wide range of production and packaging machinery.

The site operates a variety of equipment, including pans, pots, ovens, boilers, flow wrappers and packaging lines, so experience within a Food/FMCG manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

You will be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and ensuring production equipment remains safe, reliable and operational.

The role offers hands‑on training, ongoing development and opportunities for progression, working as part of an established engineering team.

Salary: £45,000 + flat-rate shift allowance / overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 3-shift rotation

Holidays: 28 days
