Job summary

Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading food manufacturer in North Somerset. You will maintain and repair production equipment across the site in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires electrical and mechanical experience, a recognised engineering qualification, and PLC knowledge is desirable. The package includes £49,000-£53,500 salary, 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), 22 days holiday, UK pension, life cover and healthcare, plus

Do you have a formal engineering qualification?

Kingston Barnes is hiring for one of our clients in North Somerset. Our client is a UK market leader within the food industry and manufacturers consumable products across multiple sites in the UK.

The Role:

• Carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and plant across the site
• Fault finding on a range of fast-paced production machinery
• Assisting with root cause analysis, continuous improvement
• Assisting with project work when required

The Candidate:

• Electrical and Mechanical Experience
• Recognised Engineering Qualification
• PLC knowledge would be desirable
• Worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments
• Multi Skilled Engineer

Package:

• Salary between £49,000 - £53,500
