Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd in the Greater Manchester area is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain, fault-find and perform preventative maintenance on fully automated production machinery, ensuring high uptime and efficiency.
The role requires hands-on electrical fault-finding, ability to read electrical schematics and PLCs, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Monday–Friday, with overtime and no night shifts.
Qualifications
- Electrical bias with hands-on fault-finding experience.
- Able to understand electrical schematics and PLCs.
- Experience in a fully automated manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Electrical bias
- Level 3 Electrical qualification as a minimum
- Full rights to work in the UK
- Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience
- Able to understand electrical schematics
- Experience with PLC's (inputs/outputs)
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- IOSH qualification desirable
- Experience working within an FMCG environment
