Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd are recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Accrington. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery, using both mechanical and electrical skills to keep operations running smoothly.

You will support improvements, machinery upgrades, installations and engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and benefit from training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• Proven fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Must be health & safety conscious with production environment experience.
• Desirable: PLC fault-finding, continuous improvement or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Handle reactive breakdowns and fault finding to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement, upgrades and installations.
• Contribute to engineering projects and site improvements.

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Accrington

Salary: £43,000 - £49,000

Shift: Days and Nights

I'm working with a growing manufacturer looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

You'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and fault finding across production machinery, using both your mechanical and electrical skills to keep operations running smoothly. You'll also support continuous improvement, machinery upgrades, installations, and engineering projects.
