After an initial training period, you will work on permanent shifts with shift allowances and potential progression. The role offers full training and a clear temp-to-perm pathway within a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience operating or troubleshooting machinery preferred.
• Comfort with complex settings and changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and optimise specialist stick pack machinery.
• Adjust machines to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot faults and diagnose production issues.
• Support changeovers and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
