Job summary

Harvey Group is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Facilities Management team. This mobile role covers planned and reactive joinery across NI client sites, delivering high-quality work in live environments with strong customer service.

You will perform joinery and minor multi-trade tasks, maintain health and safety standards, and support digital documentation and inspections as required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• CSR/CSCS card held or in progress; fire door inspection experience advantageous.
• Experience in commercial FM maintenance and working in occupied/live buildings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned joinery maintenance across client sites.
• Complete first and second fix joinery tasks including doors, frames and ironmongery.
• Undertake fire door inspections and remedial works where qualified.
• Perform minor multi-trade repairs and general fabric maintenance.
• Respond to FM helpdesk tasks within SLAs and document work digitally.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.

About the Role

Harvey Group is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Facilities Management team.

This is a mobile role involving planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor project works across a range of commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial client sites throughout Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background and be capable of delivering high-quality joinery and multi-trade works in live environments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned joinery maintenance works across client sites
• Complete first and second fix joinery tasks including doors, frames, ironmongery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and general fabric repairs
• Undertake fire door inspections, maintenance and remedial works (where qualified)
• Carry out minor multi-trade works including patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing and general building fabric repairs
• Respond promptly to FM helpdesk tasks within agreed SLAs
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
• Complete digital job sheets and compliance documentation accurately
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
• Provide a professional and courteous service to clients and building occupants
• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Demonstrable experience working in a commercial maintenance or FM environment
