Are you a qualified HVAC Engineer looking for a new opportunity?

Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing client who is a global leader in providing facilities maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team based in York at a large static manufacturing site.

Package:

• Up to £42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Manage a number of pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks across site
• Provide knowledge on HVAC equipment and BMS Systems to the wider team
• Complete all relevant paperwork and risk assessments in a thorough and timely manner
• Work in line with Service level agreements
• Work towards KPI's
• Adhere to health and safety

Ideal Candidate

• NVQ level 3 in HVAC or Air Conditioning
• 2 years of experience within a previous FM setting
• Communicate effectively with helpdesk and wider team
