Our Client

Our client, a HVAC Specialist based in the North West, has been in operation since 1991. They provide full turnkey HVAC solutions to blue-chip clients within the UK and overseas.

HVAC Engineer Role

The HVAC Engineer will attend high-end sites such as factories, offices, public infrastructure, and supermarkets. Responsibilities include providing planned maintenance, reactive services, and attending breakdowns on various HVAC systems including commercial boilers.

Qualifications
  • Valid Commercial Gas Tickets (ACS)
  • Experience working on AHUs, fan coil units, and air conditioning systems
  • UK Driving License
  • F-Gas certification (desirable)
Position Overview

The HVAC Engineer will service, repair, and maintain commercial-sized boilers and HVAC systems across the Yorkshire region, managing a diverse commercial portfolio.

Remuneration and Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 DOE
  • 40-hour week with 30 mins unpaid lunch
  • Travel pay after 15 minutes away
  • Call-out rota 1-6 weekends only, £50 per day standby
  • Company van with personal use
  • Overtime at 1.5x and 2x rates
  • 21 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays
