Randstad C and P are working with a long-standing client, a global leader in facilities maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team based in York at a large static manufacturing site.

Package

• Up to GBP42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site
• Provide expertise on HVAC equipment and BMS Systems to the team
• Complete relevant paperwork and risk assessments thoroughly and promptly
• Work in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Achieve KPIs
• Follow health and safety protocols

Ideal Candidate

• NVQ Level 3 in HVAC or Air Conditioning
• At least 2 years of experience in a facilities management setting
• Effective communication skills with helpdesk and team members
