Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward–thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries.
• Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
• You will be assisting contractors and sub–contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
• Completing all work–related documentation accurately and on time.
• You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro–active and positive approach to work.
• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
• Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
• Available to join a call out rota.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
