Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.

Job Description:

Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only.

I am representing an established building services company in need of a Semi Static Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer to operate across three campuses at Queen Mary University in East London.

The company has over 150 staff, with engineers across disciplines including heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical, and general M&E maintenance.

Site cluster:

All sites are within 1 square mile of each other in Mile End/Whitechapel, London.

The engineer will be responsible for visual checks and reactive maintenance on:

• VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits
• AHUs, Humidifiers, Temperature control monitoring
• Fan Coil Units, Pumps & Motors
• General Mechanical PPMs

Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 2.

Package:

• £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary
• Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone, and training provided
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with half-hour lunch
• Private use of van allowed
• Overtime available
• Mandatory call-out on a 1 in 7 basis, with £200 weekly retainer, paid at x1.5 door-to-door
• SSP included
• 28 days holiday per year
